While Dr. Nathanson is quite lovely and professional, the front desk staff/reception leaves a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in I was treated like an imposition by the aloof woman at the front desk, Eleanor. I called today because I was told that my glasses would be ready between 5-7 business days (today is day 6) and I was seeking an update so I could schedule out time to pick up my glasses. I mentioned to Eleanor what I was told and she snapped \"5-7 BUSINESS days\", to which I responded \"Yes, I know, and today is day 6 of those business days.\" She abruptly put me on hold and told me that my lenses are just now being received and cut and will not be ready until Thursday or Friday, which is 8-9 business days. It might seem petty, however, if you're going to bark at someone and be rude/aloof, you should at least ensure that your client's receive their paid-for glasses within the given time frame.\n\nAs I led with in this review, Dr. Nathanson, as well as the store manager I met with to purchase my glasses and lenses from, are both lovely and competent. It was like night and day. Not only was I treated with courtesy, but the glasses came out perfectly. Joanna was excellent in every way. I am so happy now. Not only did I have a great customer experience, she did everything right to assure that my new glasses were 100%. Now my wife is switching to the Brewster location, too.
