Pearle Vision East Meadow

My total visit was very pleasant. Everyone from Dr. Kirshen to Josh, the sales rep were personable and professional. They even called me back (immediately) when they discovered a clerical error made during the visit. It turned out I was entitled to a price adjustment albeit a small one. 💰😁 I definitely recommend this particular store for your optometry needs.

I've been to many opthomologists/opticians, etc over the years...but I got the MOST THOROUGH eye examination yesterday than I have experienced in years! I'm so grateful I went in there!! I wish I got names so I could mention here....they are now my "go-to" for contacts and glasses!

The doctor was great able to answer all my concerns and the staff was friendly and help me with all my needs.

After looking for an eyeglass place I stumbled upon Pearle Vision on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow. When I call ,Jennifer answer the phone with a pleasant, welcoming voice. Jennifer was professional and patient and went out of way to make sure that the information about what was covered on our insurance was correct. She also explained every step of the way of what services this location provides. What an amazing experience and I highly recommend Pearle Vision in East Meadow. You won’t be disappointed. Since I was 2 years old I have been using this location for my eye care. Dr. Kirshen is reliable and knowledgeable in this field and makes you feel your best. Jennifer is the absolute best when it comes to care, comfort, kindness and looking your best. I have gotten to know Jennifer and her knowledge in eye care is stellar. I know when picking out a pair of glasses she is the one to go to. Jennifer is honest and I always trust her opinion in which pair suits me. She is knowledgable in face shape and fit. If a pair is not for me or alright she tells me and finds an even better pair that has me leaving looking and feeling confident in myself. Always a pleasure to come into this place and leave seeing better than ever.

Stopped by the Pearle Vision in East Meadow for what I thought would be a simple adjustment on my glasses. Turns out the frame somehow got bent while I did some work around the house and I did not even know. Faith took a look at my glasses and showed me the bend. She simply went in the back for a few minutes and came back with a perfectly fixed pair of glasses. Very surprisingly there was absolutely no charge for this service. Faith wouldn’t even accept any tip as gratitude for her helping fix the problem. Who else but Pearle would offer such remarkable service.
