They took extra care in sterilizing each pair of glasses each time he tried a pair on which made us both feel extra comfortable in the cleanliness of the products.\n\nWe had many questions on different eyeglass features such as anti-reflective and blue light. The staff took the utmost care with us not to mention a boat load of time! Bravo to a company that delivers expert customer service!\n\nI have to mention one other thing that I couldn’t believe I was watching unfold. While we were there, there was the NASTIEST customer. She treated the staff like the were her doormat. The staff handled the situation far better than I would have. I went to a number of vision stores before finally settling on Pearle. While not the least expensive, I felt they were competitively priced.\n\nI just picked up a pair of glasses with the Autograph III HD progressive lenses. THEY'RE PERFECT! These lenses are the upper end of Pearle's digitally-cut lenses, and, in my opinion, are worth every penny! The clarity is the best I've had in years.\n\nI also found the service I received at Pearle to be above and beyond what one would normally expect. I brought a prescription from my ophthalmologist, but wasn't happy seeing thru one of the lenses in a second pair of glasses I bought. The Doctor gave me an examination of his own and actually changed the prescription in that lens to a stronger one. It was the perfect change!\n\nOne of the other staff members also went out of her way to ensure I got my glasses in time for my vacation. Rather than waiting for the lenses to be delivered, she picked them up herself on her own time after store closing.
