This store was so amazing! My elderly mom broke her glasses and her spare pair was also broken. They fixed both pairs on the spot and didn’t charge her. They were super nice and I highly recommend them! They will definitely be seeing us again.

Extremely rude on the phone for no reason...I'm a paying customer calling for a simple task: confirming my prescription, and the lady had quite the attitude, cutting me off and making snide, passive aggressive comments with a condescending tone that was very offputting. Won't be coming back and recommend you save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Ellen is an ABSOLUTE sweetie!!! I thought it was going to be difficult finding a new place for glasses/exams and switching over but Ellen made the process so smooth, I started bringing my whole family here. I am so glad I found this place and HER! Ellen takes her time with the customers and makes sure they do not leave until they are fully satisfied. This place offers good customer service without sacrificing quality--and I appreciate that so much. Thank you, Ellen!

I had a wonderful experience at this store! Heather was very knowledgeable about insurance and store policies. Gary gave me fabulous advice and fit my glasses to me perfectly! Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. My new glasses and repairs were done quicker than predicted! I give them 5 stars!

Highest recommendation. I have been going to Dr. Hans since my previous optometrist retired and recommended him years ago. He is truly caring, patient and an expert doctor. Every lense has been perfectly fit. Btw, new office and store is gorgeous.

Bought a pair of reading glasses in April-$350. The lenses cracked in a corner after about 2 months. They replaced the lens. It cracked again and was replaced a total of 4 times in about 7 months. I tried to return the glasses today and asked for a refund. Was denied. They wanted to try for a 5th time to replace cracked lens. They are Using crap materials - and expecting a customer to keep returning because lenses keep cracking. I think it’s reasonable to refund after 4 separate defective sets of glasses. I lost $350. Will take my business elsewhere.

Everyone at the Pearle Vision Center located at 328 North Broadway, Jericho, NY is very friendly and professional. I have been going there for my eye care for a number of years. Dr. Hans has always given me a very thorough exam and explains everything to me. He always takes the time to answer my questions and gives me options for my choices. Ellen has been helping me to select my frames and advising me on the features I should include in the lenses. I rely on her opinion and have never been disappointed with her suggestions. She is always very friendly and patient in helping me make my selection. Gary is also very friendly and helpful and is excellent in fixing any problems I have had with my glasses. I highly recommend the entire staff at Pearle Vision in Jericho.
