When I raised the concern, the office refused to offer any refund or price adjustment. I had to escalate the issue up the chain of command just to receive a partial refund, not a full adjustment. In my opinion, this practice engages in unfair and deceptive pricing.\n\nSecond issue: On another visit, I had a 10:40 AM appointment. Despite driving 30 minutes in inclement weather, I arrived at 10:51, only 11 minutes late. I was told I’d need to reschedule, even though their next appointment was a no-show. There was no consideration for the weather or the effort it took to get there—just an immediate refusal to see me.\n\nBoth experiences made it clear that they lack flexibility, customer care, and basic fairness.
