I picked out a pair of glasses and they were trying to charge me $400. I have vision insurance. I shouldn’t have to pay that much. So when I left, I went on LensCrafters and found the same pair of glasses and put in my insurance information and the whole pair of glasses lens in all only cost me $10. Management is missing, hours are inconsistent. Took me six months to finally be able to go in there and get My contacts because I work a lot and their hours of operation and lack of hours of operation made it six months before I can get in there. The lenses that they ordered for my Oakley framed glasses from Pearle vision Lens didn’t fit my glasses and caused the Frame to spread out to where it falls off my face. The technician said they wouldn’t adjust my frame because I own the frame and they didn’t purchase it from Pearle vision however they have the exact same frame on there Shelf for sale. I requested them to replace lenses with Oakley lenses they refuse because the order was six months in the rears however I had stopped in To get them adjusted and their statement to me after 30 days of wearing that the frame had stretched and that’s normal and you should’ve bought new frames when I bought the the lenses. I’ve owned plenty of Oakley sunglasses and other other Oakley products that I know for a fact after a year of owning the frames is impossible. The materials they use for Their frames is subject to flex but it returns back. Completely dissatisfied customer would love to have a contact regarding the situation because I would love to have my lenses Replaced, And I would love to have my glasses, not falling off my face when I looked down. When i went to the location i talked about i was $45 out of pocket for 2 pair of glasses with blue light.
