Doctor always does a good job and is knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions, and is great with the kids. Unfortunately, it appears pearl vision and the doctor are two separate groups. My third son went in just to get a check for his eye sight and declined dilation or photos as he is a teenager and has no history of disease and does not wear glasses and it is just a good idea to check his vision before baseball season starts. Last year he had a full eye exam so we decided would skip this year because he's very busy and I couldn't be there with him to drive him home at any of the available times or days this week.\n\nPearl vision Eastgate refused allow him to see the doctor without agreeing to do the photos or dilation and they turned him away. Calling, another pearl vision, they had no problem seeing my son for a vision check and declining dilation. So when I left, I went on LensCrafters and found the same pair of glasses and put in my insurance information and the whole pair of glasses lens in all only cost me $10. The lenses that they ordered for my Oakley framed glasses from Pearle vision Lens didn’t fit my glasses and caused the Frame to spread out to where it falls off my face. The technician said they wouldn’t adjust my frame because I own the frame and they didn’t purchase it from Pearle vision however they have the exact same frame on there Shelf for sale. I requested them to replace lenses with Oakley lenses they refuse because the order was six months in the rears however I had stopped in To get them adjusted and their statement to me after 30 days of wearing that the frame had stretched and that’s normal and you should’ve bought new frames when I bought the the lenses. I’ve owned plenty of Oakley sunglasses and other other Oakley products that I know for a fact after a year of owning the frames is impossible. The materials they use for Their frames is subject to flex but it returns back. Completely dissatisfied customer would love to have a contact regarding the situation because I would love to have my lenses Replaced, And I would love to have my glasses, not falling off my face when I looked down.
