The staff member who handled the exam setup and the front-desk staff assisting with frames and lenses were unprofessional and dismissive. Questions about insurance benefits were met with irritation, and there was strong pressure to upsell lenses not covered by insurance. When I asked clarifying questions, the attitude became noticeably unhelpful.\n\nThe contrast between the doctor’s professionalism and the front-office experience was stark.
