My 6 year old was having some funky symtpoms, she had her first eye exam scheduled but after showing new symptoms I did the wrong thing and googled her symtpoms, I went into complete panic, called to see if they could get her in sooner, which they moved her to first thing the next morning. They knew I was worried so called me back minutes later offering me to call their grove city location where the doctor was currently at to talk through her symptoms to ease my mind, I called grove city and they were so detailed and definetly eased my mind. The next morning while waiting they went ahead and pulled out glasses ahead of time to try out. Was giving my daughter all sorts of compliments. One of the ladies just chatting with my daughter knew she was going to need checked for a bifocal too. So she went back and gave the doctor a heads up. The doctor was so sweet and talked my anxious girl though everything.
