I brought my children here for their yearly appointment and the entire staff was extremely helpful, from checking in, to getting the photos of their eyes, to Dr.Bell explaining the entire process to picking out frames the process was nothing less than amazing

Words can not describe how kind every single lady in here working was. I called to schedule my appointment and I guess I talked to the call center and they scheduled me for the wrong day. But they got me right in the day I was supposed to be scheduled for. They were all so kind and helpful. I mean seriously ive never met people as wonderful and kind as they were. I wont be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you ladies so much

My first experience at Pearle Vision was wonderful. I have recently moved back to the Columbus area and was fortunate to get Dr. Bell as my Optometrist. All of the staff are knowledgeable, personable, and very kind.

Had my first visit as a new patient, and it couldn’t have gone better! All of the staff was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Bell was very informative and approachable. Brittany was super helpful at guiding me through the decision making process with my glasses and contacts, and explained everything in great detail!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pearle Vision/Tuttle Crossing-Dublin recently. Our mother needed an updated eye exam, new prescription as well as we purchased the new Nuance Audio glasses for her too. Brittany did an excellent job explaining these to us and demonstrating. This new technology is amazing! Thank you to Brittany, Kayley and Dr. Mannarino; our Mom said this was the best eye exam and being able to hear time she has ever had! She was so happy and pleased afterwards; we were also…still are!

I’ve been a patient with Pearle Vision for many years. I switched locations specifically to follow Brittany, who has single handedly helped me pick every single pair of glasses I’ve ever owned. At this point she knows exactly what I’m looking for as soon as I walk in the door and she always picks out several pairs for me to try while I’m in getting my exam. My visits have always been stress free and actually enjoyable. The exam is time efficient and thorough. I leave every appointment so excited for my glasses to come in. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking for quality eye care!

I went to Pearle Vision in Dublin and saw Dr Denise Bell. I can’t praise her enough! Great at her job and kind and supportive of me after a traumatic eye injury. I felt like she truly cared and helped me understand what was happening in my eye. She is wonderful and the front staff are lovely as well. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an incredible experience with this office and want to give a huge thank you to Brittany, the office manager, for going above and beyond. We were trying to order contacts for my son using a more difficult insurance plan, and Brittany made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She kept in touch with me via text throughout the day, was so kind and patient, and took care of all the behind-the-scenes work to make sure everything was covered. Once it was sorted out, the ordering process was smooth and done online, and the contacts are being shipped right to our house. It’s rare to feel this well cared for, especially when dealing with tricky insurance situations. I’m so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone!

I’ve been visiting the Tuttle area Pearle Vision for around a decade and have always felt comfortable and well cared for there, especially in my visits the past two years. Today I met with Dr. Denise Bell and she was incredible. I have a very rare nerve condition in my right eye that no other doctor has ever recognized before - she was immediately familiar with it. She was also able to help me weigh the pros and cons of few different contact options considering costs and lifestyle. I highly recommend scheduling with her. Everyone else that I interacted with during my visit to was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I dread most medical type visits but actually really enjoy my annual eye exam
