The sign in process took forever because somehow the paperwork came up missing and the links they kept sending to my phone to fill out the documents again weren’t transmitting. This was then followed by it taking weeks to get my contacts because they just weren’t opening at the listed times. Fast forward to the last yr it was time to get another exam which I always do in December, I get a text and email saying they have scheduled my appt and I confirm it. The day of the appointment I show up only to be told there no scheduled appointment. I leave, wasn't able to get another appointment before the end of the yr so my benefits were wasted and now they send text and emails continuously about my “missed appointment” starting at 7am even though I have opted out of receiving messages from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
