Dr Cain and I believe her name was Mrs Kay were very friendly and helpful, however I had my kids with me because I didn't have a babysitter and the lady that was there when we came in was very rude about it. Also, was not told prior to my exam that I would have to pay for not only my frames but also my lenses which my insurance has always covered.
