Today was my first time going to this office and I’m very pleased. Everyone was very kind and helpful through my whole experience. I have never had eye problems before so this was all very new to me. 10/10 from the assistants and Dr. Shaw. She was very informative and explained everything to me. Also a very clean office.

So ordered a pair of glasses that cost 340 dollars roughly. Got them in and they did not fit well and did not look good. Switched up for a cheaper pair and was told sorry the 70 dollar difference your out and was told i couldn't even get store credit for the price difference. I am sorry that is just horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for glasses.

Great experience! There was no wait when I went in for my vision screening. The doc knows her stuff and the specialist in the showroom was so helpful with picking out new frames. They came in quickly too!

I would like to take a moment and thank the entire staff at Pearle Medina, Ohio. I was a patient there yesterday renewing my glasses Rx. I received nothing short of the best of care, professionalism and kindness. The exam was thorough and informative in ways I could comprehend. The administrative staff was very helpful with my new glasses and frames. The process was easy and afforable. The new location just a few doors down in the plaza is convenient and has lots of room. Medina Pearle Vision is the best eye place around. Dr. Loni is very thorough and professional. The staff gives you a warm welcoming. If you need someone to help you pick out glasses ask for Amber she is by far the best with picking out the best glasses for you.
