Beyond the Drs. Pesek being amazing (which they are) the staff is probably the friendliest, most patient, most helpful, most all the good things you'd want in a doctor's office. In fact, I just took my Mom there for the first time and there was an issue finding her insurance coverage in the system. One of their staffers, Kaylee, didn't give up. She did multiple calls over 2 days until we got it figured out. I've been to offices in the past where they would have just said \"you call the insurance and figure it out\" -- but not Pearle Vision.
