We love Dr. Landrum and his staff! It’s easy to schedule. There’s never a wait for my scheduled appointment. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and they explain everything to you, and even help you get the best deal. Dr. Landrum is so personable, patient, and it shows that he really cares for his patients because he takes the time to address all of your needs.

Absolutely wonderful service! I lost my glasses and have garbage vision.. They managed to get me in same day, literally no wait time, extremely kind, helpful, and friendly staff, and helped me navigate my insurance so well that I was able to get beautiful glasses ordered with no cost to me, which was such a blessing because I am on short term disability right now and in a major financial bind. This place is full of genuinely good people! The woman who checked me in and did my initial exams (I apologize for not getting her name!) was so welcoming and sweet, the doctor has the most calming presence and is also very funny, and Steven who helped me pick out my frames and get everything covered is such a kind soul who genuinely made my whole day!!! I take my daughter here as well (who has ADHD and autism and difficulty sitting still and following instructions) and they have been so patient with her and made her feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend Pearle Vision in Springfield enough!! Best eye care we have ever received!

Dr. Landrum was very professional and explained everything quite well. He is very knowledgeable. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There was no wait time which is awesome for a Saturday!

Extremely welcoming staff. The store was spotless and the exam was very comprehensive, every step was explained clearly to me.

When Grandchildren, are curious,the workers at Pearl Vision understand,and let them explore, I would recommend this place for Eye exams and glasses it's not like the other eye doctors, that have to diaalate your eyes, because Pearl Vision has the updated equipment and they're very thorough.

Check in went smoothly especially since I recently retired and had to provide and have them verify new insurance information. The technician that did the pretesting also was very polite efficient those screening tests were explained and quickly accomplished. The doctor that did the exam was knowledgeable, friendly asked important questions, I felt he did a great job on the exam. The store manager actually assisted me with my lens order as we’re using my previous frames so only needed lens this time.He also was very polite courteous and did an excellent job even crediting me with an additional discount I provided later after he had already started pulling my bill together. Cost with my insurance still made my bill more than I had hoped, but got what we needed, so was thankful in that regard.

Dr. Landrum was great. Super knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. I will come back.

Dr Landrum was great! Professional, friendly and thorough. Discussed options to help get me back into contacts with better vision than I previously experienced. The optician Steven was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and worked to save us money. Appointment time was kept and the store was clean.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire visit—from the thorough eye tests and exam to taking the time to walk me through my results in detail. The team ensured I found the right fit and frame style that suited both my needs and face shape. I truly appreciated the personalized care and attention to detail. I’m looking forward to picking up my new glasses soon!

Very professional and were tolerant of my baby running around while I filled out paperwork and during my daughter's exam. The Doctor was very sweet and made her as comfortable as possible. They showed her frames and got her glasses ordered and out we went. It was nice besides my crazy boy trying to touch everything. Thank you guys for not making me feel like a burden with him. It means a lot.
