I had such a wonderful experience at this office from start to finish. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment.
The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and my prescription, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. It was reassuring to learn that my eyes are healthy, and I left feeling much more confident about my vision and my new prescription.
I never felt rushed, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about providing great patient care. They helped me find frames that suited me, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor’s office, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate care. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

I recently visited the Pearle Vision located at 5274 Salem Avenue in Trotwood (Dayton area), and I had the pleasure of being helped by Annie. From the moment I walked in, her customer service stood out as truly exceptional.
Annie was incredibly polite, courteous, and warm in every interaction. She took the time to listen carefully to what I needed, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Her kind and friendly demeanor created such a welcoming atmosphere—it turned a simple eyewear visit into a truly pleasant experience.
What impressed me most was her interpersonal skills and professional yet approachable self-presentation. Great experience I did not feel rushed Dr who examined my eyes, took his time and answered all my questions, no, they told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get my new glasses. I’m going out of town in 2 1/2 weeks so I’m hoping and praying I’ll have my new glasses. I will keep you all posted on the timeframe to see if the glasses are on time which is very important.
