Always a friendly and professional place for glasses. I like the fact that the staff is consistent and pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable about their products and not aggressive in pushing you towards something you don’t want.

Had an issue and they made it right. Nothing better than that. Highly recommend. Tina is great.

Jack Hauler is a wonderful optometrist - very thorough and professional. I have been seeing him for years and have only had very positive experiences. His staff are equally terrific.

Everyone was so patient and kind. They handled me with care. Helped me pick out some fly Gucci frames and explained everything extensively involving my insurance.

My son broke his glasses on March 23. The next day we went to Pearle Vision in Ardmore, PA to replace those glasses. We went to this location because my son wanted the same frames; originally purchased here. Unfortunately, they no longer carried those frames. So we picked new frames and moved forward. I was told the glasses would take 7-10 days. Today “Day 8”, I called to inquire if the glasses were in. A Pearle employee offered to call the lab and see if the order could be expedited now, a week later. When the Pearle employee called back, I was told my son’s glasses will take until “some time next week”. That would be 10-15 business days or three weeks. I explained my 11 year old cannot see without his glasses. We ended the call with me expressing how this was terribly disappointing. I received a call back from Pearle about 20 minutes later. The manager of the Pearle Ardmore store had found another lab that would have the glasses in by tomorrow or the next day at the latest! I do appreciate that they understood our issue and resolved the problem. Thank you!!!!!

I’ve been wearing contacts / glasses for most of my life now and had the worst experience at this location. I initially came in on November for glasses and contacts fitting which took so little time I actually mentioned it and dr hauler said he knows what he’s doing so it doesn’t take long but lo and behold when I put on the new prescription contacts I actually got dizzy and still couldn’t see clearly. I thought it was a new prescription and I’d get used to it so wore a few times within the week to no improvement and went back. But the doctor would not retest me and insisted that his prescription was accurate. Eventually asking me what prescription I wanted instead of just taking another look. Overall I did not feel heard, wasted my money, got the wrong prescriptions. I now need to go to another optometrist to get the right prescription for the year. The front house staff was kind though. When I tried to give this honest review to pearle they did not let me submit so here I am on Google.

I hadn't been in Pearle Vision in Ardmore in awhile and was happy that they had my records in their system. Paul was incredibly helpful in sorting out the best options to replace my frames. I was delighted with his support and will rely on them in the future.
