I always felt like my opinions were ignored at my previous eye doctor. My mother went first at Pearle Vision because she knew her vision had changed. She was very pleased with Dr Lim so I decided to give her a try. She listened when I felt the prescription was too strong (I never followed through wearing glasses before because of this reason) and she worked to find a middle ground that I felt comfortable with til I get use to it. The rest of the office staff was also so helpful finding me a pair of glasses I liked. I was use to being told I couldn't wear certain glasses because they 'didn't fit my face' (another reason I would not follow through because I hated the pairs I was 'allowed' to chose), but here they assured me that if I liked them that was all that matter.
