Dr. Hyatt and I specifically discussed my eye history and I shared my current lense package which are daily wears. She even looked at the lenses. When I met with the Pearle rep Michele to order lenses I kept asking if this was correct and she assured me she knew what she was doing and not worry even after I expressed numerous times regarding ordering 6 months supply of daily wears. I asked to see the order on screen fur which she could not do but gave me a total and said I was getting a great deal. But I still didn’t think the order was correct. The lenses were ordered and a week later a box arrived and turns out the order was wrong and instead of receiving 6 months of daily’s I only received 6 pair and they are monthly’s. Also, after I returned to the store to share what had happened, they didn’t seem at all apologetic and it may be a coincidence but I’m not able to access the survey now to share my experience so I'm sharing here. Our family has been getting our glasses here for years and will continue to do so. The only criticisms I can think of are the fairly frequent computer system outages that this location seems to suffer, and the overlapping and confusing promotionals that the company employs. Example: we received emails for 40% off a second pair of glasses, but mailed coupons for some other deal about a week prior. I went to pick out frames and finalize my selection last night, and the employee helping me produced a coupon for a better deal, 50% off. I have no concerns that whenever I go there to make a purchase that the staff will get me the best deal currently available, but as a customer it is a confusing experience.
