Go to the appointment today at 2pm as scheduled and they are running an hour behind but don’t bother to call the patient to ask if they can come in later so we left. The Dr is good, but customer service is zero. Good luck if you go here, I hope you have a better experience than I’ve had as this isn’t the first time I’ve been expected to wait an hour. Never going back as they don’t value your time.
