I proceeded forward with that doctor and when i got my new contacts and glasses i am amazed at how much my vision improved! I am 46 years old so my script does not change that much. The fact that they are giving wrong prescriptions on both glasses and contacts is a huge red flag! After two weeks I called to check on the status and was told that they were waiting on his insurance provider to approve the claim. I called back two weeks later and was told that they were expecting to get his glasses within the next week, A week later was told the same thing. This went on for two months. I called his insurance carrier to find out that not only was a claim never submitted but Pearle VIsion didnt even take his insurance, the optometrist who originally saw him did though.\n\nIn short: I was given the run around for two months waiting on a pair of broken glasses that Pearle Vision was never going to fix but no one could be bothered to tell me despite multiple calls over several months.","updateTime":"2019-01-11T19:24:08.324522Z"}]
