She said, “it’s easier to use the link than having me help you.”\nWhat happened to having a real live person assisting you with something? So I have my contacts that is supposed to have a rebate, but now I have no information on how or where to redeem the rebate. I doubt she could be bothered with helping me. I guess they can just keep it at this point.\nAs a healthcare provider, this experience was totally unacceptable to me. At least give us a call or send us an email so we wouldn’t have to leave work early to make sure we arrived on time. We tried to make a new appointment, but the next appointment was 3 weeks away. Not very accommodating since it was in fact their fault. We will definitely be going somewhere else.
