I can read the signs when I am driving. But I cannot even read my mail very well\nunless I put my reading glasses on\non. I paid almost 500 bucks for somewhat useless glasses. I think people should be made aware prior to scheduling an appointment that it will be all virtual with a tech AND the Doctor. And while that’s okay for myself some people especially the elderly may not like it. You complete your “paperwork” on a tablet yourself. Take the pictures of your license and insurance cards yourself. And there is a mandatory $39 macular degeneration test which a lot of insurance companies don’t cover. Please make people aware prior to their appointment so you don’t waste their time. The employee managing the reception desk was short in speech, borderline rude, and all she said was “sorry we don’t take —“ and left it at that.
