The questionnaire asked if we had insurance, which we did. They did not outline which insurances they didn’t accept nor did they call beforehand to confirm insurance. We walked in day of appointment after looking forward to it all week to be told that they didn’t accept the insurance we had. The employee managing the reception desk was short in speech, borderline rude, and all she said was “sorry we don’t take —“ and left it at that.
