They kept trying to adjust the frame to make up for it. The frame that I bought from them broke after less than a year and I had a service agreement so got a new frame and I had to have new lenses and the measurement was still wrong. Then I went to my opthamoligist and she told me the measurements were wrong.  They made them again and still made them wrong.  I have been dealing with this for over a year and am very frustrated.  This has never happened to me in over 25 years of wearing gasses.  Why is it that they cannot get the right lense height so that I can see. I can't believe that they would not want a customer to be able to have there lenses correct.
