Mrs. Darla at Pearle Vision is truly one of a kind. She consistently provides exceptional service and has a level of patience that makes every visit an enjoyable experience. My wife and I are incredibly grateful for the care she gives each time we come in. We’ll never forget the time she took to help our little guy get his very first pair of glasses — she made the process easy, comfortable, and even fun for him. That memory alone is a big reason we continue to see her. In fact, even when we moved to Seattle for a period of time, we still made the trip back just to work with her. She always goes the extra mile, whether it’s adjusting our frames, cleaning them, or simply making sure we leave confident and taken care of. Went in for my annual eye exam and had the pleasure of Dr. Doan performing my exam, she was awesome! Listened to my problem and was spot on with the description of how I was seeing with my glasses, Dr Doan was able identify the problem and make the necessary correction. I had never been to Pearl Vision before. I made my appointment, it . good. I called two days later to get a price on contacts. I was given a price. I said, "Wow, that's a lot, I might check out 1800 contacts. She said, " Good luck with THAT!" Really condescending! Even if it cost more, I still wouldn't order from them! An appropriate answer would be, "Feel free to shop around, and if you find us to be the best price, then we would gladly order for you." Kim C.
