The staff was extremely helpful in helping me the right fit for my new glasses and they did so with out being the big push to sell you the most expensive brands. Even if they cost more as I like supporting local business. The lady that helped me pick my glasses out was fantastic. I paid for the order. She called awhile later. Forgot something on the lens depth and I agreed to pay more for the thin lenses. Total then of around 550 for the glasses.\n\nOn May 20th, 2024 I called and left a message. A guy calls back and tells me that my \" glasses are not in \" and \"we will call you when they are here.\" His tone of voice was rude.\n\nSo, afraid to irritate anyone by calling, I waited until Monday June 3rd, 2024 to call again. The same guy answered. He tells me that my \"glasses had been in since May 9th and that he had called me.\" I was confused by this. No voicemails or texts. So, I looked at my phone record. Not one call on the 9th.\n\nI wasn't angry. Mistakes happen. But thought I should let them know that I never received a call and a similar experience happened with my coworker.\n\nSo, I go to pick up my glasses today. Its the same guy. I say, \" just so you know no one called me to pick up my glasses.\" He says (rudely), \" yes I did. I called you on the 9th.\" I said, \" no, I can show you on my phone that no one called.\" I held up my phone to start to show him and he gave me a dismissing wave and says, \" I called you on the 9th.\"\n\nSo, I told him I wanted my money back and that he is rude. He says, \"ok\" and proceeds to walk into the back of the store. One of the ladies comes out ( one that I worked with before) and wanted to know what was going on. I explained to her that I didn't even care how long it took to get my glasses in. That no one called me. I don't even care about that...but someone else might and that when I had called he was rude. Now, he is being rude arguing with me when I have the proof on my phone. Also, that a similar situation happened with my coworker and I just wanted to let them know.\n\nI did leave the store with my glasses. However, only because of the ladies and only because I didn't want to start over. I was very uncomfortable during the fitting as the guy was sitting behind me.\n\nAs, I said \"one bad apple...\" This guy needs some serious customer service training.
