Visiting from Jacksonville, I left my contacts (Pearle Vision PX) at home and needed about 10 days worth of lenses. I offered to pay for the lenses. After proving my prescription via email, I was handed five days worth of lenses (at $1 a lens). When I asked for 10 days worth, the super (but not) helpful lady told me the lenses were for their “regular” customers. I guess a lifetime Pearle Vision customer from Jacksonville doesn’t count. I went to Stanton Optical down the street with NO ISSUES. Owner - tell your people to get it together. Also, tell the other two yahoos to not argue in the lobby over what constitutes an “eye emergency” in front of customers. Just an overall terrible experience. I’d love to hear from a manager or the owner about this. Stay away from this clown house. Nobody cares for eyes more than Pearle?
