So first, the female receptionist I have to say is amazing. The reason I say this is because almost 2 years ago one of my children developed severe abdominal migraines. On the day of the appointment for my child, while waiting, developed a migraine and became very nauseated. She was very kind to my child and told me to not worry about the apt, she will reschedule it for another day and then asked me if I needed anything. You can tell she was very concerned. I'm not sure if she has children, but just how she reacted when my child became sick, was one of the reason I returned. She is very helpful and patient as well. So she definitely gets 5 stars from me. The optometrist. He is very knowledgeable, has no problems answering all of your questions , has respect for his patients, very professional, and has been Very good at explaining things to my kiddos. There is a new young man with red hair there that was not there the last time we visited. He was very nice and perfessional as well. The business is very clean, well organized, and employees are dressed nicely. I definitely recommend this Pearle Vision if your looking for a new optometrist.
