Ruby was amazing. She helped me with every question I had. I wanted to get the Meta glasses but didn’t know which ones. She gave me advice on how they looked on me, which helped me a lot. She was also very patient since I had my daughters with me. I love this location because they have great customer service. Everyone is so friendly every time I come. I’m sharing this so others don’t have the same experience I did. I will not be returning to this eyewear location due to poor customer service, misleading information, and what felt like deceptive pricing practices.
I was explicitly told I could use a prior year’s insurance claim (December) to purchase new glasses and then use the new year’s claim for contacts. Not only was this information incorrect, but following their guidance actually ended up costing me more money out of pocket. The staff clearly did not understand insurance coverage and yet confidently advised me anyway.
It gets worse. They sold me what was presented as a full year’s supply of contacts and even provided a manufacturer rebate form - which only applies when you purchase a full year’s supply. Later, I discovered they only gave me half of what I paid for and then tried to sell me an additional six-month supply to complete the order. That feels intentionally misleading.
When I tried to resolve the issue, the so-called manager was dismissive and offered no real help or solutions. I was essentially brushed off rather than having the situation corrected.
Between the incompetent staff, incorrect insurance guidance, misleading pricing, and poor management response, this experience was beyond frustrating. I strongly recommend others double-check everything if they choose to go here - or better yet, take your business somewhere that actually values honesty and customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about Ruby the optician who helped me today. I will be coming back to see her! She was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
