I can’t say enough good things about Ruby the optician who helped me today. I will be coming back to see her! She was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Hands down the best employee at this store—excellent customer service!

Dr. Patel made sure I was taken care of and was very thorough with my exam. I like her aura, it gives gentle soul. Rebecca was super sweet to me, even when I got a bit frustrated. She stayed professional and kept a smile on her face. Even when i cane back to puck up my prescription she smiled and took care of me, and was genuinely super sweet. I appreciate you Rebecca, we don’t have a lot of people like you anymore in the world these days. I might steal you for my company someday.Don’t lose that spark. Also to the office manager, thank you for giving me a pass on the fee, I’m grateful. Take care ladies.

First, I just want to thank the staff and managers for the exceptional professionalism and courtesy. I recently experienced DV and the person completely destroyed my glasses and threw the frames. Normally they require you to bring the frames in but the manager and staff were able to get me replacement frames for only $50!!! They came in very fast and accurate! I love this place and I am forever grateful for the care they shown me. Thank you to the entire team!

Everyone is super nice & friendly. Dr. Patel took great care of me and my eyes. I’ve been seeing eye doctors since I was in 3rd grade and she’s definitely been the most knowledgeable and cared the most and explained the most. I’ll definitely be coming back. Got my new contacts ordered and I’ll be ordering glasses as well thru her and the team there. Definitely would recommend!

I've been getting annual eye exams for decades, but rarely, if ever gone back to the same place twice. Dr. Jessica Nguyen changed that for me after my visit. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I will no doubt he a repeat customer!

I have been going here since 2024 & the staff is always great. The DR. even came in on her day off for me during and eye emergency once. They are very helpful and attentive when it comes to picking out frames. Today Becca helped myself, my 2 children and my mother & she was very knowledgeable & answered any questions we had.

I have been reluctant on going to the eye doctor because it can be hard to find someone who actually cares about your health. I thought I would try this office just to see and I’m so glad I did. The staff is very helpful and organized. Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor. She actually cares about what she’s doing. She explained everything in detail. Upon picking up my glasses from the minute I put them on I could tell they were gonna be perfect and I was right because I have yet to have any issues with them. I highly recommend this office to those who feel like they’ve given up on their vision due to past experiences. I will definitely be coming back here and so will the rest of my family.

Dr. Patel and all her staff are very knowledgeable and very professional. The exam process is very thorough. Dr. Patel is very patient and explains everything in detail and she insures that you understand what is happening with your eyes. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable with the tests that are being done before you see the Dr., and the Opticians definitely know what lens are best for your prescription glasses to ensure that you are getting the best lens with all the features that the Dr. recommends for you to have on your lens. The young Hispanic girl at the front desk helped and explained everything exceptionally well. She should be given a raise for the amazing customer service work she provides. I’ll definitely be coming back at this location.
