At the end of the transaction he said he’d call into VSP and finalize lens/pricing etc and give me a call sometime Tuesday. Never happened.\n\nWednesday, Thursday - tried calling repeatedly for final prices and ETA on when my glasses will be ready. Kept getting told someone will return my call and finally someone told me Justin is not even in these days.\n\nSo went back in a few minutes ago and got my old frame back. As my vision prescription was out of date, I had to get an eye exam too. Sean coordinated this dance of an eye exam, glass frame selection, and lens within a two hour time period. Due to my prescription needs, Angel was able to get Kenneth to make the lenses before he left for the weekend. The following morning, I drove to Kenneth's store to pick up the lenses, returned to the Legacy Drive store where Angel then cut the lenses to fit the glass frame that I selected. Justin worked on the pricing to give me a great out the door price.\n\nI truly cannot say enough about theses guys. They worked together to get me seeing and back on the road.
