I calmed down and returned and another employee confirmed that Pearle does not consider themselves responsible for the conduct of the employees. I made a complaint online and gave them an opportunity to fix the damage they had done. I even went on line and found that the frames were reasonably priced at a retail mark up and assumed that they would much cheaper for the company to replace. After, three weeks the silence was a sufficient response. I have a new prescription but I would never recommend anyone ever patronize this business for any reason at all. It should be utilized as an extra layer of diagnostic testing, but he used it in lieu of dilation.
