We are beyond grateful for the care and kindness we received. When our son’s eye suddenly swelled up on a Friday night, they went above and beyond to help us. They were able to get us in quickly, and Dr. Nat saw our son first thing Saturday morning, which gave us so much peace of mind. What truly met them most was that they continue to call and check on Liam throughout the week to make sure he was doing OK. That level of compassion and follow up is rare and so appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Patel and Dr. Natasha, for being so kind, attentive, and truly caring about your patience. We couldn’t ask for a better care!

Awesome service. The rep that assisted me was SUPER patient and very helpful. I thought I had it in the bag and knew what I wanted until I started trying things on. She was very informative of quality by name brand, price efficiency etc. She gave great advise on looks and feel for the face based on my personal preferences. I actually have a location closer to my home, but I'm glad I chose to go to this one. Elite experience. Highly recommend, nice options with plenty of variety available. Communication was timely with placing my order and the turn around time for customization was faster than expected.

Amazing Dr. He is extremely informative. Wow, the technogical advances are off the chart. If you eye Dr cannot give you internal medicine type of screening in your retina on regular visits, then u are shorting yourself. Awesome friendly knowledgeable Amazing staff. Great selection. Dr. Diab and his team at Pearle vision are truly incredible! He takes the time to explain things in ways that I can easily understand. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He also tailors visits to the individual. I am training as a pediatric medical resident and Dr. Diab has provided me with clinical pearls to take into practice, which I greatly appreciate and is above and beyond general expectations.

Went to preview the latest Nuance glasses with integrated hearing enhancements. The staff could not have been more helpful and allowed me considerable time to try different sizes and shapes. Fit is critical, but no effort was spared to help me find the right pair. The full demo kit was not yet available, so i could not make a purchase decision on the day

Excellent customer service at the store. Dr. Diab is very knowledgeable and explains all the results in great detail. My family has been attending his consult for several years and we keep returning for our annual eye exam. Happy customers.

The front staff were very nice and friendly! I had issues with my insurance, and they were patient with me throughout the whole process. Dr. Diab is also very thorough with his exam, and I will gladly come again to see this team!
