I had a very poor experience at this location. Erika was unhelpful and unprofessional throughout my visit. Her behavior, including rolling her eyes and exchanging looks and smiles with a coworker, made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Customer service should always be a priority, and unfortunately that was not the case here. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

I wanted to be a new client of this office but they pissed me off. Erica had me on hold for over 25 min, and I still didn’t even get to make the appointment

Dr. D, Brittany and Erica were kind and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm! It also smells really good in the store.

Brittany and Dr.d was very helpful and took good care of me and my mother who had the appointment. Brittney was very helpful with picking the most appealing frame for our faces and also Dr. d was very helpful with the eye exam. All the women in the establishment were kind and helpful.

Dr. D is absolutely great, professional and keeps me in and out. Brittany is super sweet and helpful, didn’t mind taking time out & helping me pick the perfect frames.
