Top of the line technology discovered a few little issues I have. 😩 I was with my last eye doctor for 12 years and very happy with my new team. Dr. Patel is the best. 🙌

I really had an incredible experience for my first eye exam in many years with Dr Patel. She’s so fabulous, funny, helpful and puts you at ease. Her patience helped me to understand the best course of action for me with my eye care. I definitely recommend them! They also took my insurance which was super helpful. 10/10!

I originally found this place out of sheer panic when my daughter had an eye injury that was serious. They got me in same day, no appt needed, and no wait time. Once I got to know them, they were the two kindest and very well educated women drs. They weren’t pushy with me at all. But i decided that same day to switch myself to them as well as my son and daughter. I can’t recommend this place enough. They’re very thorough with you and just make you feel right at home. Soon after, id got an eye ulcer, and once again, they got me in immediately, knowing how concerned I was and the urgency of being seen. They switched me into proper contact lenses. AND I got $250 gift card from a rebate just from buying contacts! Please use them! This is not sponsored whatsoever! I’m sad I haven’t been using them sooner.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Patel and the entire team at Pearl Vision on Katy Freeway at Bunker Hill. In today’s world, true customer service is rare, but Dr. Patel and her staff consistently go above and beyond in a way that deserves recognition. I currently work out of Chicago but live in Pearland, Texas, and despite the distance, I gladly drive nearly an hour across town to do business specifically with this location. The level of professionalism, care, and attention they provide is unmatched. The quality of their frames, the personalized service, and the welcoming atmosphere are exactly why I continue choosing Pearl Vision at Bunker Hill over countless other options. Most recently, I flew into Houston specifically to pick up my new glasses before catching a 5 AM flight the next morning. Unfortunately, by the time I fought traffic and arrived at the office, they had just closed, and Dr. Patel had already left approximately seven minutes earlier. I called the number on the door, and one of her amazing assistants immediately contacted Dr. Patel to let her know I was outside. Without hesitation, Dr. Patel turned around, drove back, reopened the store, and personally made sure I received my glasses that evening because she understood my work schedule and travel situation. That level of dedication, compassion, and customer care simply cannot be taught — it comes from genuinely caring about people. Experiences like this are why Dr. Patel has earned a lifetime customer in me. She and her staff consistently deliver excellence, professionalism, and hospitality at the highest level. I had an excellent appointment! Very friendly staff, professional, fast service, and felt very informed about my eye health. They took my insurance United healthcare and worked very quick. My glasses were ready in about a week. I highly recommend coming here for eye care.

My first time ever needing glasses and going through an eye exam, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Petal was so sweet, funny, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. This will definitely be my go-to eye doctor from now on, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

Dr. Patel was amazing with my kids! They are 6 and 3 and she made them so comfortable! One of my children has an eye condition called nystagmus, and she was able to find a great solution for him to be able to see better. Highly recommend her for children!

It was a great experience getting my eye frame and exam from here. First I was helped by Doctor Patel for picking the best eye frame as I am very picky. They have excellent quality eye frames and customer service. This place is so close to my home. I will for sure bring my mom here for next eye exam. She’s wonderful she’s Don’t go anybody else love my glasses dr. Sarah and Dr. Patel really took care of me. I came in. I had something wrong with my eye. They got me in the same day. I’ve gotten two pair of glasses from them one for screaming and then the other Wyche were translucent and I’ve had a really good experience here continue to go to them and we recommend them.
