I also want to recognize Ada at the Optical Center Nextdoor for taking the time to help us with our eyewear needs and making sure we found the best options without ever making us feel rushed. Dr. Conrad Bryan was exceptional. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was how compassionate and patient he was with my special needs daughter and my toddler. Finding healthcare professionals who know how to make her feel comfortable means the world to our family, and he treated her with such kindness and respect. Every single person we interacted with made us feel valued, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find a team that works together so effortlessly while providing outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you all for making our experience such a positive one. We had such an amazing experience at Pearl Vision! I went in with my three kids to get prescription glasses and sunglasses, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. Good frame selection. Patient, responsive team. I needed my glasses fitted quickly prior to a trip and I was able to get them within 5 days. I was assissted by Roshan who was patient and went through all my options with insurance. He also helped guide me to pick a frame with the right fit to get the full benefits of my prescription glasses. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Great experience.

The best place to go get your eye exam done and get your glasses. The welcome and professionalism is far beyond any other places. Highly recommend and the staff is very kind and amazing. They offer same day vision services and carry all the major designer brands. Their collection is simply awesome. If anyone needs a vision test or glasses or just contact lenses, this is THE PLACE to go!

At pearle vision off beltline in irving u got good customer service as workers there know the eyeglass and contact products. I went recently looking for good sunglasses too avoid more glare as had LASIK surgery in left eye and my eyes are more super light and glare sensitive. The staff that day was very helpful and helped me find a good pair of shades . He explained the sunglasses and how they work different from regular ones sold in most stores

Absolutely loving my new Meta Ray Ban sunglasses from Vision Care! 😍 The staff were so helpful in explaining all the features and helping me choose the perfect pair. The sunglasses look super stylish, the sound quality is amazing, and the hands-free photo/video feature is so convenient and fun to use. The whole experience at Vision Care was excellent from start to finish. Friendly service, great selection, and very knowledgeable staff.
