When I called Pearle Vision in McKinney, I spoke with a woman (and I didn't write her name down which I wish I had, but she was the only person working on Saturday morning May 31, 2025), and she gave me the same information, stating that it COULD take up to 14 days. But what she did differently than any other store was that she TRIED to get the glasses in sooner. She made calls to see about expediting the order, and while she said there were no guarantees that the glasses would be in that week, she went the extra mile. I was SO HAPPY to get the call 4 days after I placed the order that the glasses were in!!!
