I debated whether to write this review, but due to my experience, I feel it’s necessary. I will not be returning.\n\nThe doctor was excellent; however, the unprofessional behavior of one of the front desk staff members completely overshadowed my visit.\n\nAfter my exam, I waited to order contacts. The receptionist, Tina, was dismissive and unhelpful. She was rude and made it clear that my questions were an inconvenience. Each time I attempted to ask for clarification, she interrupted me and said she didn’t know before I could even finish speaking. When I asked about the recommended eye drops, she told me to go to a pharmacy and ask an employee there. I was simply trying to confirm the brand name, but she repeatedly cut me off and appeared eager to rush me out.\n\nBefore leaving, I still had one final question. However, she stepped outside and did not return. I waited for some time and even considered asking another staff member if I was interrupting their lunch, but she was assisting another customer. With no one available to help, I left.\n\nIt’s disappointing that one staff member’s behavior negatively impacted what otherwise could have been a positive experience.
