Pearle Vision Richmond

I truly cannot say enough good, amazing, exceptional things about this Pearle Vision! I brought my new prescription to this location and Chantal took care of the rest. Not only is their selection of glasses phenomenal, but the customer service simply doesn’t get better. Chantal was able to order a wider version of my existing frames, in addition to a new pair of prescription sunglasses. She made the entire process seamless!! I cannot recommend her and this team more—they know what they’re doing and they’re great at it!

We went to the same practice for over 15 years, but after moving, we chose a different location for our family’s eye care needs. Between all of our family members, we’ve seen several of the doctors throughout the practice, and every one of them has been wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and always take the time to address all of our questions and concerns. The office staff has also been exceptional. Everyone has been so patient, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to help us. A special thank you to Chantal, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this practice for the entire family’s eye care needs. We couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received.

I came to Pearl Vision in Richmond, W Grand Parkway S. I was nervous because I’ve been going to the same eye doctor for about 15 years and you got a new insurance. I was seen by Dr. Patel and she was very nice informative took time to explain detailed by detail which I love. You don’t like feeling, rushed and not showing interest with your patient. Dr. Patel definitely gave the attention needed. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. It was a very good experience. I’ll be back in six months.

Such a pleasant experience here at Pearle Vision. My appointment with Dr. Nguyen ran smoothly, age was friendly and down to earth. My daughter's appointment was with Dr.Patel, and I have to say, age is awesome. The best part was picking out a new pair of glasses, and with the help of Ms. Chantal, I found a pair we both loved. She was so patient and helpful with us which I appreciate because we can be a bit decisive.

I am in awe of the quality of service and professionalism received from Dr. Patel, Chantal and Isabella. My husband and I highly recommend Pearle Vision - Richmond! Thank you for your exemplary service!!

Excellent customer service! The entire staff was very friendly, informative and made the experience wonderful for my first pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patel and staff were absolutely amazing! Very patient with all of my eyeglass options... 10/10 recommend! Plus they at are open on Saturdays which is a plus for my work schedule.

Great experience at Pearle Vision! The eye exam was thorough and easy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Chantal is so knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I’m currently in the market for prescription safety glasses. I had ordered a pair with Chantal but sadly the ones I got didn’t work for my eyes. She helped me re order a pair that work with my eyes. She took the time to speak with my insurance and call me back with the results, she didn’t need to do that but she did. We made an appointment to see each-other on my only day off and she fixed, ordered, and finalized my purchase in the matter of minutes. This location as a whole is a great place to shop for glasses and get your eyes checked. I thank the staff and Chantal personally for helping me out and making my experience easy and joyful at the same time.
