Excellent customer service by Selena who helped me picked out my glasses and when I picked them up I was assisted with glove care by Cindy. Great experience.

I was very pleased to recently purchase a pair of Nuance Audio glasses at Pearle Vision ( Little Creek). Selena initially helped me select and test my glasses. Cindy was also involved in giving me the information I would need to operate and use the glasses. After using them for a short time and enjoying them, they stopped working. Selena took them in and said she would do what she could to help. Cindy soon took up the cause and represented my interests to Nuance Audio. It took lots of patience and repeated efforts but after some time, Nuance was able to get my glasses repaired as new. I cannot express my thanks strongly enough for two outstanding employees. They made my retail experience worth going through. Pearle Vision is very fortunate to have people of their knowledge and patience on their staff. I thank them again here for all of their efforts on my behalf!!
