The male at the front desk is rude, my only interaction with him is when I picked up my glasses, he was very unpleasant and if I would have encountered him before actually purchasing my glasses, I wouldn’t have gone through with the eye appointment nor would I have purchased glasses. I cannot see out of my glasses, I’m guessing the prescription is wrong, and the lenses constantly pop out. Also, they didn’t mention that the lenses I picked out wouldn’t allow me to see true colors, that greatly affects my job and I can’t use them while working. I’m very upset.
