I booked an appointment in which I was not told I had to pay $49 for something my insurance didn’t cover. I had to cancel and rebook it for a week later. Now, when I go in for my new appointment, I’m told it’s going to be $49, PLUS $60 to $80 lol. Not to mention, the first time I came in, Caitlyn told me my coordinated care insurance covered $100 of my glasses contacts, then today I was told they do not use the $100 with coordinated care. Completely in-transparent and lacking proper SOP clearly. On top of all this, I can’t see, and I wasted a week of my time with an unprofessional business. I would not recommend if you like to do business with people who have their heads on straight.

Cindi was so memorable when I got my last glasses back in 2021(yikes, I know!) When I saw her today when I came to order new glasses, I knew it was going to be a great experience again. Cindi didnt let me down as she offered her knowledge to help me through the decision making and we swapped stories of our kids back and forth. Never thought I'd remember the name or face of someone who helped me with getting glasses, but that's just the kind of experience she's given and I know I can expect the same service next time. I will be seeking her out for my next purchase of prescription glasses!

I don't think I can accurately depict what a good experience we had at Sexton vision group yesterday. Every single staff member we met was a delight. I forgot to catch the name of the gal at the front desk who checked us in but she was very patient with me when my insurance prevented me from finishing the sheckin paperwork in advance and helped me get through it. They allowed my son to watch me get my exam before doing his own so his first time wouldn't be scary. Jack, who completed our imaging was just fantastic. They were personable and funny and made sure my kiddo was comfortable every step of the way. Both Jack and Dr. O were endlessly patient, even when my kiddo was fidgety and talkative. I appreciated the gentle touch. Dr. O was kind and patient and spoke gently with us. When it came time to pick glasses, Jamie helped us, she was also very kind and patient while navigating weirdness with my insurance. We had easy conversation. One thing that really stood out to me as important was, after figuring out what particular thing my insurance wanted, she wrote it down and stuck it in a binder for reference for future patients or myself so they wouldn't have to wait as long. Very forward thinking. Jami also spent a lot of time chit chatting with my kiddo when I'm sure she had better things to do. Pricing was great, location easy to find and clean, process quick and easy. But even if none of that were true, I'd still come back just to hang out with these people.

He took the time to help my family straighten out several issues with our records that had become mixed up in the system. This had been causing a lot of confusion, stress, and difficulty when trying to schedule appointments, keep track of our eye care history, and determine when family members were due for exams. This was something I had been trying to get resolved for quite a few years, and Elijah was able to get everything reconciled and corrected in a very short period of time. He made sure our records were accurate, got all of our appointments scheduled, and gave us confidence that everything is finally organized and up to date. What could have continued to be a source of frustration and stress for our family was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. Elijah took ownership of the issue and followed it through to resolution. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and employees like Elijah make a real difference. Thank you, Elijah, for your help and dedication. It is greatly appreciated.This version sounds more like a genuine family experience and emphasizes that the issue had been lingering for years before Elijah stepped in and fixed it.

I have been going here for years and it seems as new people have been hired and don’t know what they are doing or saying. There’s to much to even explain on a review but please train these employees more about their policies, it’s ridiculous that I know more than they do. Why do I need to tell them their own policies. Seems like there is ALWAYS a different price mentioned on the phone then showing up for the appointment.. I get a lower price on the phone but upon my appointments, the price is much higher Every time I call it seems as there’s always something new or “protocols”/ “security purposes”that I have to go through with them, beyond ridiculous and frustrating. I have not had an issue with this place until 6 months ago when I came back after two years for an exam.

10/10 everyone here is beyond helpful and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend for all of your glasses needs. Great selection and easy process.

I can't say enough great things about this location and their staff. From the moment I was checked in, the optometrist Dr. Paul Olsovsky, and finally when I had the pleasure of getting service from Jami. Jami made the selection process so easy and she listened right away at what I was looking for. She helped me get the most out of my insurance benefits and made selecting the different features easy as 1,2,3. Thank you to the whole staff for a great experience and I will definitely keep coming back for my future vision needs. I recommend this location by far!

Pearl vision has a great selection of eyewear for everyone. Customer service was exceptional from the minute we walked through the door. We had our eye exam elsewhere but that didn't matter. Jami was great! She is very professional and friendly. She helped my wife and I find the perfect frames. Jami's customer service makes individuals into repeat customers.
