Everything was so easy and convenient, and I loved that I could do it all online. The process was quick, simple, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t exactly looking forward to an eye exam and going through the motions of another ‘appointment’. However, Leilani and the staff made it easy to get glasses, bill my insurance and get on with my day. Thanks so much!

Haven't been here in about 10 years, but had a good experience when I had my eyes examined, and purchased my current eyeglasses there. My glasses popped a lens when I bumped them unloaded groceries from my vehicle, which never happened before after years of abuse (they were well worth the cost I paid for them) and since I need them I headed over hoping they were still open. Thankfully they were, and were more than gracious to do the repair, and with no charge. Excellent, and friendly service.

Staff has been very accommodating. Trust Leilani for her expertise on fashion forward styles to suit your lifestyle and vibe! She took genuine interest in my optical needs, resulting in the cute glasses I spied online and she concurred suited me well!

Absolutely abysmal experience. Read on if you care about your eye health! I went for an annual eye exam. When I arrived, the receptionist girlie was nice, but was clearly zooted (it's 2026, we're both the same age, you can easily tell) which was very off-putting, especially in a medical environment. During my exam, she made weird unfunny jokes and accused me of being confused when she hadn't even given me any instructions.
There were multiple eyelashes leftover from different patients in the NCT machine eye rest (where you put your eye to be puffed with air) which was not addressed, so I had to look at someone else's eyelashes sitting 2 millimeters from my own naked eye. Genuinely so disgusting and not something I can easily forget. There were used tissues in the seat for the machine (the receptionist hurriedly grabbed them with bare hands and put them in the bin, sprayed Lysol in the chair, then didn't wash her hands or use hand sani before proceeding with the exam) and it looked like patients had just been herded in and out of the first exam room all day without someone so much as wiping it down once. When I was finally seen by the doctor, she was nearly catatonic and I felt like I was the 300th patient she had spoken with that afternoon. Needless to say, I did not receive quality or individualized care.
I should have walked out when I saw the used tissues and eyelashes, but I had never experienced anything like this at an optometrist so I was bewildered and unfortunately allowed the exam to continue.
When I called the clinic to address the experience and inquire about the process of undergoing a contact lens exam (which I am not interested in doing now that I am taking the time to write this review and formally report the code violations) I was only able to leave a voicemail, so I detailed my concerns, asked for a call back, and provided all of my contact information. I never got a call back, so a week later, I emailed the office with the same concerns, and again I received no response. This has never happened to me in my entire lifetime of using corrective eyewear, let alone in the time that I've been patronizing Pearle as a chain optometrist.
I am honestly convinced the receptionist is ignoring patient messages, and based on the very casual way that the doctors were interacting with her at the front desk, I would not be surprised if they're also choosing to look the other way in her favor. It's completely absurd that this is how they operate the clinic. I would never recommend going here under any circumstances, it's totally worth the drive to go to the location in South Hill instead (or literally anywhere else.)
