Pearle Vision Tacoma

Everyone is always very nice and attentive. I really like provider Charanpreet Samra, OD as well as the rest of her staff. The sales people are always amazing too. I had to go to a different eye place last year and had a horrible experience (I did not go there because I didn't like pearle vision, only because I needed a different test by a different kind of provider). Otherwise I have been going to pearle vision for many years.

I first called and was pleasantly greeted by Molly at the Tacoma Mall Blvd location. I first checked that my insurance was accepted here and then asked for a specific type of eyeglass frames referred to as Brow-Rimmed (aka Malcom X) and Molly said she could help. When I arrived minutes later, one of the associates asked if they could help and I responded by saying, I just called and they immediately knew who I was and informed Molly her Malcom X guy was here. I Just loved it. :-) Molly greeted me and already had 3-4 pairs of eyeglass frames for me to try. Molly is thorough, knowledgeable, extremely articulate, personable and polite. I ended up purchasing what I was looking for as well as additional special order contact lenses. Not only am I extremely impressed with Molly, but the facility is clean, well lighted and all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Thank you, Molly for the great experience! And thank you to Pearl Vision Center, this location is well run and could not only be a model to your other stores, but other stores and companies could learn from this store on how to do business that still provides the level of customer service American businesses established hundreds of years ago as the standard coupled with the progress of technology today. I wanted go give a shout out to Kerry who helped me with my lenses today. Huge “Thank you!” I’ve had some recent changes to my vision that have led to multiple visits and changes to my prescription. All of my experiences have been good, but my experience with Kerry was exceptional. She was thoughtful, helpful, and was able to get my new prescription in quickly. She even took the time to fit my frames properly. Something I didn’t know I needed! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Staff has been very accommodating. Trust Leilani for her expertise on fashion forward styles to suit your lifestyle and vibe! She took genuine interest in my optical needs, resulting in the cute glasses I spied online and she concurred suited me well!

The service was exceptional from the moment I walked in, smooth, welcoming, and attentive from registration all the way through the exam. I was especially grateful for Michelle in the Optical department. She was incredibly helpful and made choosing my new glasses an enjoyable experience.

I live in Puyallup and gladly make the drive to this location. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. The parking lot isn't very large and can sometimes be a pain but again totally worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about this optical shop. Erica was fantastic helping my teen find the right glasses — patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She explained lens options clearly, made sure everything fit comfortably, and really cared about making my teen happy with their choice. It made what can be a stressful process so much easier. We’ll definitely be back!

I really liked it here, they were very quick with getting me in and my eyes checked, I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. When I was looking for new glasses I had a great experience with that as well and really liked how I got help finding a pair of glasses to fit my face

Three weeks ago, my kiddo got a new pair of glasses at a Las Vegas location after losing his previous pair on the school bus. Two days ago, he and his brother managed to crush the new pair. Today, Leilani was able to get him into a set of frames to get by until my kiddo's next appointment. Even though we had gotten the glasses from a franchise location, Leilani and the Tacoma team were able to do something to salvage a rather chaotic move.
