Was told they needed to approve it by the manager, would call me if it was not. 2+ weeks went by, I called to check on the status, was told the lenses were never ordered because there was a $25 co-pay. No one ever called me. So now I paid the $25 co-pay and the lenses were rush-ordered. When they came in I went to the store only to find out they ordered the wrong lenses, even though I bought the glasses at that location, my information is on their computer. They re-ordered the lenses and today they were put in. As I stood in the store there was no discussion from the manager or the business owner, no apology while I was in there, nothing. I had asked the business owner and the manager to call me, neither reached out.
