When I showed up, they told me the doctor wasn't available that day (I was not contacted in advance about this, and this is the second or third time this has happened to me at this location), and they couldn't access the system to reschedule me but if I called next week, they could reschedule me then. I called today, and was told that actually they no longer have an eye doctor here, so they can't renew my prescription, and also can't order me new contacts. But, if I go somewhere else, and get my prescription renewed there, I can still go back to them to buy contacts then. Obviously, I won't be doing something so inconvenient. My experience did not meet my expectations and everyone I interacted with in the shop was rude and dismissive.\n1. The gentleman who was processing my credit card payment refused to provide me with an invoice claiming that he had to do additional research on my insurance. I asked that the invoice is provided through email and haven't received it in over two weeks. My receipt says that the name of the cashier was Albert, but he didn’t introduce himself or wear a name tag.\n2. The same gentleman refused to provide me with a typed up and printed out prescription. The handwriting in the form was very hard to read. I asked that the prescription is typed up and provided through email and haven't received it in over two weeks.\n3. I spoke to three people in the shop (the lady that checked me in, the doctor, and the gentleman that processed the payment). Not one of them greeted me, said “thank you” or “good bye”, or introduced themselves. I had to ask the doctor (Dr. Adler? ) to remind me his name, and his response was that we met in November 2023 (almost a year and a half ago).\n4. The gentleman who was processing my credit card kept calling me “man”.
