Only to find out, on the day of the appointment, that what was on my confirmation and what was on their system was different. They asked me to reschedule to several weeks later, which I did. Several weeks later I arrive for my 3:00pm appointment at 3:08pm and I am told that because I am more than 7 minutes late they will need me to reschedule again for another 3 weeks later. I understand this is their policy and that I was the one who was late (by one minute), however I was never informed of this policy. Not during the first fiasco with scheduling, not during the rescheduling, nor at anytime other than at the moment I walked into the building at 3:08pm. Im not giving them a one star pertaining to their ability to provide quality eye care, I never got the chance to see what they had to offer and unless I want to wait another 3 weeks (6 weeks total) I never will.
