Several weeks later I arrive for my 3:00pm appointment at 3:08pm and I am told that because I am more than 7 minutes late they will need me to reschedule again for another 3 weeks later. I understand this is their policy and that I was the one who was late (by one minute), however I was never informed of this policy. Not during the first fiasco with scheduling, not during the rescheduling, nor at anytime other than at the moment I walked into the building at 3:08pm. Im not giving them a one star pertaining to their ability to provide quality eye care, I never got the chance to see what they had to offer and unless I want to wait another 3 weeks (6 weeks total) I never will.
