Pearle Vision Caguas

The location on the map is not correct. It is in the Catalinas Mall at the northeast end. Received excellent service in an emergency. Glasses done in less than an hour. Big shoutout to Mr. Miguel Alvarez who was amazingly helpful!

Great customer service, all the personnel were very helpful and the Dr. was very kind and oriented to the explanation of my condition. Highly recommended!!!

I recomend this doctor, in this store. In all my years never had such a great exam and a excellent pair of glasses.

Excellent service and special care to accommodate my son who is in a wheel chair and even the doctor went out of his way to help and had lots patience.

From start to finish very courteous atmosphere. Prompt attention from all personnel. Excelente service, I will recommend with out hesitation.

Fast service, excellent service. They help you untill you find the perfect glasses for you and make sure you can manage the budget with different payment options !!!!

(Translated by Google) I was very satisfied with the professional service I received when I visited Pearl Vision for an eye exam and to order new glasses. Everyone was very attentive, and the service was excellent. The eye exam was very thorough, and the assistance in choosing the frames and ordering the lenses was definitely personalized to my needs. All my questions and concerns were answered, and the prescription delivery time was shorter than expected. It was a positive experience, and I recommend visiting them for your next eye exam and purchase of new glasses.

(Translated by Google) First and foremost, the staff. From Isis to Francisco and Dr. Ortiz, they provided me with excellent service. They were incredibly kind and patient. They were able to accommodate my schedule and were always willing to help. Give this place a chance. I'm sure that, like me, you won't have any complaints. And you'll leave as pleased as I did. Thank you.
