Deya went above and beyond during my appointment at Pearl Vision. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect frames and made the insurance process easy to understand and stress-free. Throughout the entire appointment, she was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Deya truly has amazing customer service skills and was able to multitask effortlessly while still making me feel like a priority. She is a great asset to the Pearl Vision team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

These guys Dr. O was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and highly detailed. 0 concerns when complete. Carl helped my wife and daughter size up there glasses and helped me correct solid frame crooked glasses I had for years. Gabby at intake was extremely helpful and offered great directions. I'll be returning in the future.

We first visited this clinic on Saturday. Prior to that visit, we scheduled all three appointments together (for my daughter, my wife, and my son). During scheduling, our insurance information and all required details were provided. During the visit last week, we already experienced communication issues due to fees and procedures not being clearly explained. Unfortunately, what happened today felt like a continuation of that same problem. When we arrived for our appointment today, we were told that our insurance was not accepted. Instead of the situation being handled calmly and in a solution-oriented manner, the interaction quickly turned into an unnecessary argument. The core issue was not the insurance question itself, but rather the lack of empathy, poor communication, and absence of a customer-focused, problem-solving approach at the front desk. In a healthcare setting, trust and clear communication are just as important as the medical service itself. Unfortunately, our experience here fell short in those areas. For these reasons, we do not recommend this place to anyone. Update / Response to Owner: Thank you for your response. I want to be very clear that at no point did we engage in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. Any suggestion otherwise is simply inaccurate. Our concern was never about confrontation, but about communication. We were asked for our insurance information in advance, it was reviewed, and appointments were scheduled accordingly. Upon arrival, we were told the insurance was not accepted, without a clear explanation or a calm, solution-oriented approach. The issue remains the same: lack of clarity, lack of empathy, and a dismissive tone at the front desk when we were simply seeking an explanation for conflicting information. Raising legitimate concerns or asking for clarification should not be reframed as “disrespectful behavior.” In a healthcare setting, patients should feel heard, not deflected or implicitly blamed. We stand by our original review and shared our experience so others can make informed decisions.

Great service for eye exam. Personally. I didn’t like the selection of the glasses (but I’m picky so it has to me)

Outstanding customer service! Pearl Vision of Totowa…I was in and out in no time. Gabby and team were knowledgeable and professional and nice to work with. They even replaced my broken frames while I wait for my new eyeglasses. I’ll be back!

I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Cohn. He did a very thorough and detailed examination. He took the time to review all the test results. He is very reassuring and he has a good sense of humor! I highly recommend his expertise and knowledge. The office was very well organized and everyone was friendly and personable. I highly recommend Pearle Vision and Dr. Cohn. 😊
